The good thing about MK is that if you buy a bag, you don't find it 2 weeks later at the outlet for less than 1/2 the cost. Coach has lost its appeal with me over 10 years ago. The leather is cheaper quality and the price is very expensive for what you get. Coach was hot when the leather was made of the same leather from baseball gloves. That was the legacy. Dooney and Bourke on the other hand was quite cheesey with all the rainbow colors; however I loved the Alto line. I think they're the same!! I have several from both companies. The difference comes into play with customer service. Coach is AMAZING for customer service!! I've returned 2 consecutive carly bags and currently have 0 credit just waiting for me! I also like the structure of coach bags and. Michael by Michael Kors is poor quality. I bought a lovely bag from his very first diffucsion line that I used a total of five times. When I went to pull it out of the dust bag the next Fall, the silver tone had chipped on the hardware. Very unfortunate.

The Rogues and Dreamers--sometimes you can get them discounted. MK has become so ubiquitous that I sort of developed a dislike to it. Michael Kors non saffy leather bags from a few years back and older are durable quality and look great (not as knock off-y). Now, not so much. Only buy new heavily discounted if you buy at all. They are not worth full price. DVF is hit . So I saw this MK in macy is on sale and the color is pumpkin. I am also seeing the coach Madeline in camel and off white and the DB in drawl strings.
