The 351 is very cool with the brown sandwich dial and gold hands but I do find that it makes the watch less versatile when playing around with strap options. I tried the 312, 351, and 359 at the same time and I went with 359. I have other vintage looking pieces and thought the 359 looked very nice and different. The dial is very different from the other ones and still very much Panerai. I prefer 312 rather than 359 because of crystal clarity and reflection and because of lume. These 312/320/329 have indeed excellent lume. It has elements Panerai's are renowned for, gold hands & tobacco dial and set in a Ti case, which i found more comfortable than the slightly top-heavy case of the 312.
