So I've been interested in this watch since I saw it on Uncrate a few months ago. I hadn't been able to find it anywhere until I looked on eBay -- where there are a ton and most of them are listed for around 0-450. They all claim to be authentic, but the watch retails at 5.
However Burberry in all aspects do not know how to make a good quality watch. I would consider Burberry as a designer watch in a way. It’s a good entry level piece if you have no idea about watches but once you start doing research. While I'm sure some of the lower end Burberry watches might use low end internals, the BU1206 and BU1209 are not one of them. This watch uses Swiss made ETA / Valjoux 7753 which is Automatic (self winding) 27 Jewels movement. I'm considering getting the Check Bracelet watch and I was wondering about the long-term quality of Burberry watches. Does anyone own a Burberry watch.
