I am not sure whether this is an authentic rolex or not and maybe you enthusiasts might be able to tell. the watch face has the logo, followed by 'rolex', oyster perpetual, quartz. and has small diamonds where the 12,3,6,9 should be. the backing says 'switzerland, quartz, gold plated, 2035-21, all stainless steel. thanks

When I studied it later it said Rolex on the front !! Their is a serial number - 2035-21. It is quartz with a stainless steel back and a gold plated facia and surround. With a stone lever escapement, Breguet hairspring and Glucydur free sprung balance wheel, the Rolex caliber 2030 and 2035 movement proved accurate and robust enough to win chronometer certification from Swiss regulating authority, the COSC. I couldnt find any paperworks with it, and I am not sure if this watch is real or a counterfit.
